Food! I love to
cook it, bake it, grill it, grow it, buy it, and eat it. I love to
read about it, talk about it, and experiment with it. Below are two
of my favorite recipes at the moment.
The first is my
Mom’s Oatmeal Bread – try it, you’ll like it!
And, since rhubarb is IN
SEASON in Minnesota, I had to include this lovely recipe for
Rhubarb Cake from my great aunt Vi, my Grandma Ricke’s identical
twin sister. I add chopped walnuts to the topping – “quite nice” as
we like to say in my family.
