If you could see under my clothes & through my skin, you might see the good stuff - miles of cornfields, gravel roads, haylofts with basketball hoops, farm dogs named Pal, and old John Deere tractors.  You might see the Abbey Church in Collegeville and the Sears Tower in Chicago sharing the landscape with small town softball fields and grain elevators.  Making art is my way of remembering, exploring, and connecting with these life experiences.  The process of creating art makes me hopeful, and I hope that’s evident in my work.

Here's to creating a little bit of beauty every day!
